Acknowledgements
As the creator and curator of this exhibition, I would like to take the opportunity to acknowledge and thank the people who have directly and indirectly contributed to making it happen.
First and foremost I would like to express my sincerest gratitude to our most wonderful and inspiring professor for INFO 536, Dr Sydney J. Shep, Senior Lecturer in Print & Book Culture at Victoria University of Wellington. Thank you for expanding my horizons on the world of books & print culture, and for your refreshingly head-on direct approach to such diverse and broad-ranging philosophies and theories, challenging us to look more closely, teaching us to expect more than meets the eye and forever expect the unexpected when undertaking a forensic analysis of a book.
I would also like to thank my fellow students for their friendly and collegial attitude, evident from the classes we had together and the expertise and thoughts that were so openly shared during the presentations and BookBlog forums.
Finally, I would like to acknowledge my brother Sandy B. Nolden of Wellington for his assistance in preparing some of the images used in this exhibition.
